Too many tastings, too little time. We didn't have nearly enough time here. We never even got to the handful of reds we wanted to try, and barely tasted half the white wine we wanted to taste.

2022 Janotsbos Santenay 1er Cru Passetemps Blanc 89 Points
France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Santenay 1er Cru

2022 Janotsbos Saint-Aubin 1er Cru En Créot Blanc
France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Saint-Aubin 1er Cru
Walkaround tasting with producers. Enticing floral start. Rich fruit comes across as slightly sweet on the palate, will that soften with time? Good depth and structure will probably give it that time.

2022 Domaine Marc Morey & Fils Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Le Charmois Blanc 89 Points
France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Saint-Aubin 1er Cru
Walkaround tasting with producers. Ripe stone fruit somehow seems to provide ascetic aromas, but more forthcoming flavors with well balancing structure. Long finish. I might be underrating this wine's potential.
