Sweet blueberries on the nose. Tastes of blackberry, earth and leather with nice freshness and acidity. Soft, earthy finish. I'm left scratching my head wondering what Tanzer saw in this wine to rate it in the high 90s. Hopefully this wine is just shut down or possibly off. 13% alcohol.

Dark ruby color. Black cherry nose. Tastes of blackberry, cherry, garrigue, earth and leather with lots of oak treatment. Very nice balance. Rich, powerful finish with interesting complexity. Made in more of a modern new world style and a guilty pleasure for me. 14% alcohol.

Cherry nose. Violet, blackcurrant and garrigue. Sour nail polish finish with very noticeable heat undoubtedly due to its lofty 17% alcohol. Not sure what they were trying to do here. I really do not like this wine. What was Galloni tasting to rate this in the mid 90s? No rating.
