Asia Grand

A simple dim sum brunch organised specially for JP and Pat with a theme of bringing a "nice" fren but ABB (Anything BUT burgundies). Was supposed to showcase the best of new world wines at the same time how nicely asian food pairs with wines. A very good showing of wines and interesting observations made by everyone on the table.

Two of the top rieslings from this region.
I can't believe it but i thought the appallingly affordable brown brothers outshone the Fritz, which was kinda boring but all natural.
