This is a superb wine, so balanced and wellk structured. Lemon/lime/melon/apple are the dominant aromas and flavors, with a crisp, dry mouthfeel, and acidity that brings the whole wine together.
Aromas of lemon peel, tart green apple, with a gasoline aspect as well on the finish. Crisp vibrant fruits, could be mistaken for a lesser Alsatian wine. Nicely done.
