Oh biscuits, another fine bottle of mature Lindemans Hunter River Burgundy. This one but a humble 03, but in stunning condition - wine only 1/4 up the side of the cork, persistent red and dark fruits, star anise, earth, a touch below medium-bodied, and beautifully integrated fine-boned acidity. Balanced, elegant.

Given the age, it is likely that this is as good as this wine can get at this point in time.
