It tastes like blackberry and cherry. Light tannins & The body is light/medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes long with a cherry note. The wine has medium acidity. I liked it a lot and a great value from a steady vintner in the Spokane area. Their signature facility for which this wine is names overlooks a beautiful setting of the Spokane River. Sadly, it burned last summer, so this perhaps this should be called Smoke House Red hereafter! |
