They need at least 30 mins of air to stabilize but that uncovers some brambly red fruit, cranberry, and licourice-y notes. It pours a bit cloudy, it's light and inoffensive. Definitely a natty one so choose your audience wisely. |

Had similar Chardonnay from the Jura (not ones that shoot for the more oxidative feel, rather those that exhibit lots of VA and so on) but none that have felt as balanced. |
