Solid lasting finish with a hint of oak and tannins were mellow. We didn’t decant but did open the bottle for 3-4 hrs prior, which seemed to work just fine. Wonderful bottle of wine. I had to edit my note, since I forgot to mention that we had smoked brisket with it, which it seemed to pair very well!! |
