There is a lot of oak/vanilla that needs to settle down and which should integrate better over time with the big and juicy (mostly black) fruit. 91 points now plus 1 point for QBR with upside potential. And it is always a nice, big, thick and juicy offering. This one is no exception. That being said, I do think this could benefit from more time in the cellar. Got a little too much oak that still needs to integrate and smooth out. 93 now. Perhaps as high as 95 with a few more years to shed the baby fat. |
