Wow. This will turn out to be a very wonderful wine. In fact, I felt I was drinking a 3 year aged Chardonnay. Of course GS 2011 has "Kongsgaardian" elements and in its youth shows a mineral taste subsiding to a smooth vanilla essence when it grows up. My copyright phrase "Kongsaardian" was timely, but I just discovered a wonderful "Liquid Farmsworthy" taste which will now hold all other Chardonnays accountable. 1 person found this helpful, do you?
