The fruity notes are mostly strawberry and a some cranberry. There's also some note of leafs starting to mold (not in a bad way), as well as spicy and herbal notes of basil, parsley root , marjoram, green bell pepper and cedar wood. |

Combine them and you'll get a wonderful wine. With great acidity smooth mouthfeel and notes of pear, lemon, gooseberry, white peach and fresh cut grass. |

But if you pair it with the right with the right food it doesn't matter too much. I had it to pikeperch with browned butter, and it paired very nice. Some of my tasting notes are: peach, orange, white flowers and lightly roasted pine nuts. |
