It certainly throws off a spicy finish. The attack it all about apple and pear notes. While not particularly distinct or precise, they’re there. Some white floral blossom follow. And then the ginger kicks in. Nothing elaborate or long, but pleasant enough. Some tartrates finish in the glass. 13.5% alc. With pasta (orzo in cheese and cream) and turkey. Recommended with reservations. |
