Very good. 13% alc.
Colour: dark red berries, quite bright still.
Bouquet: very developed characters, boot polish, leather
Palate: developed raspberry and blueberry fruit, vanilla oak, fine grained soft tannins, but big acid which imparts a rawness still, especially given it was only ever a medium-bodied wine and so the fruit and tannin arte insufficient to balance the acid.

Nose shows strong, sweet fruit notes of cassis and blackberry jam, with notes of pencil shavings and mint. Palate is acid-dominant; there is tannin, but no structure. Strong, indistinct black fruit flavours.

I have to say this is one of the nicest, smoothest Cabernet Sauvignon's I've tasted - down to my final two bottles of this out of an original single case and wish there was more
