Medium-low acidity, medium-high body. Yellow apple, pineapple, and a bit of butter on the palate. Medium length finish. I don’t drink much Chardonnay, but I’d happily have this again. Follow up: the sweet spot was within a couple hours of opening. Later drinking lost some complexity.
