4/14/2013 - NEwino Likes this wine: 93 pointsThis is a beautiful bottle from Cathy Corison! The nose had a nice full aroma of dark cherry and plum that didn't overpower. The mouth was full of dark fruit but still silky and smooth. This is in a pretty good spot right now! I didn't decant but had the bottle open for 90 minutes prior to drinking. Drink now to 2016.

7/7/2014 6:38:00 AM - Woody57...My wife and I love Dolce and we are there every month for Chef Anthony's tasting menu. If you see us we are normally the ones with 4-5 bottles of wine on the table. We were their last week and drank Bollinger Brut Rose, J. Rochiolli Sauv. Blanc, 1990 Pape Clement, and a 2008 Paul Hobbs Pinot. Chef is very creative and I call a few days ahead of time to tell him we are coming and he tells me the types of wines to bring and then he surprises us with incredible food.
