5/25/2015 - vbwinefan Likes this wine: 91 pointsThe oak has started to fade over the last couple years bringing everything into balance. I poured a glass and then let it breath for about 2 hours. Everybody loved it! Nice mix of red and dark fruit with integrated oak. The cork was almost fully saturated just like my last bottle. I think I'll go ahead and drink the remaining bottles over the next year. I don't think the corks will hold up plus the fruit will start fading soon. |

1/30/2018 - vbwinefan Likes this wine: 95 pointsVery impressed! I decanted this wine for 30 minutes and then drank over the next hour. The nose had beautiful explosive fruit which followed through on the palate with a very long finish. I thought I might be opening this too early but it was very enjoyable. This seems to be more new world in style with such intense fruit. I would say this could be enjoyed now or over the next 10 years or longer.
