Deep, sherry/port brown in color. Dark amber rim. Opaque as can be.

Nose is bombarded with overripe apricot, maple syrup, and wild honey.

Unctuous on the palate with notes of apricot jam, molasses, and lots of honey. Full body with a heavy consistency. Uber sweet and cloying.

Finish was medium+ with notes of raisins and nuts. with zero tannins. No real structure, just a syrup bomb.

This was an experiment to see the effects of aging on ice wine. Perhaps it was slightly oxidized, but this was tasted way past its drinking window. 80 pts.

Sweet with nice flrola undertones and loads of honey notes. Love the balance in this one with not overly gross suagry notes.

Screw cap. Honeysuckle, orange and tropical aromas from this white wine. Light-bodied with lots of floral and tropical fruits on palate, and hints of honey. Low acidity and finish is medium-length. Refreshing palate cleanser, good as an apertif. Even though classified as extra dry, this is an off-dry P.G.

Like drinking a liquid apricot. Nice concentrated botrytis. Rich, thick, almost jelly-like texture. This is a bit monolithic and short on nuance, but quite fun and hedonistic.

There are concentrated pear and peach notes on the nose. Very pure flavours on the palate, but it gets a bit sticky at the end of the mouth. Good.
