Massive wall of vibrant peppery raspberry and wild red berry fruit is quickly met with an equally imposing wall of oak, fat chewy tannins dripping with black cherry and lots of spice. This is a nice wine but it's wild and unkempt - give it at least 4-5 years (perhaps longer) in the bottle to balance itself. 91+ points. |

However, big for pinot, delicious, all fruit, black cherry/strawberry jam liqueur, with little acid or tannin to balance it out, making it go down easy, smooth and lush.
