On the palate, tobacco, coffee, and leather abound alongside the fruit. The finish is long and wonderful. This wine shows some strong tannins and will age beautifully, but needs another 2 years to give the tannins some time to integrate. The closest thing to a Bordeaux I've had from the US and a great wine for $16. |
