Mouthfeel is full but with balanced acidity. Long finish. This has many years to go to be sure. Incredible wine and truly a find. Will look to get the 2019 vintage soon and compare. |

Honey, stone fruit, some tropical and floral notes. The fuller style is achieved through the inclusion of grapes affected by noble rot (5 to 10 percent of the blend). |

Maybe better with cantuccini or just on its own? Golden fresh apples, toffee apple, candied citrus peel, crystallised ginger. Medium bodied on the palate, flows - not in any way cloying even though the acidity isn't through the roof. Delicate on the finish. |
