Still has typical strawberry and cherry fruits. |

Plantings are tight Dijon between Swan and the established Swan makes it hard for Dijon so the fruit berries and clusters are really small. Red fruit (strawberry, cherry and raspberry). Barrel brings out plum and cherry on the darker side. |

It's probably the right age for drinking, Francis and Ken don't make this wine to age for a long time. I really had to fight the cork on this one (not natural) and the bottle has a different top edge, so it took some work to break it free. But that's their thing - they haven't used cork corks in ages and it doesn't hurt the wine :). |
