There is not a lot of depth or complexity, but there is nothing to complain about either. The color is very clear, just a hint of gold. The nose is spring flowers, acacia, and some lemon. Not the fruitiest Pinot Grigio, but what it has is very tasty. I really like the upfront honeyed grapefruit. I would prefer more acid, and for that matter, a little more body. There are no off flavors. The finish though full of honey, is a little short. I like the way this wine is put together, I just wish it had some more concentration. |

The food needs to downplay the beverage. It is not offensive in the least but it lacks all merits as a wine. I would never serve this to any guest, even the least sophisticated pallettes. |
