Grenache that not only tiptoes into the black fruited spectrum, but jumps in with both puncheons. Brooding, boozy, and muscular. This is not for the shy of palate. Almost meaty in a way that reminds me of the Languedoc in a heat trap, or Carinena of Spain with all of that heft. Silky finish as well. A big winter wine that goes on and on. |
