We have had all the different wines from red fox from their early years and this bottle had been at our house for at least five years. It has really smoothed out from last week tasted i hope we have some more in our cellar at home. |

From pop to glass it is incredibly easy to drink very fruit forward but with strong chocolate notes, has a bit of leather now as well and the finish is clean with nearly no notes of the alcohol |

But after sitting open the wine really opened up. Rich in color dark ruby red good structure. There are strong tastes of leather and plum and rich berry notes. This wine is getting really coming into form and will be better as it ages even more. Would buy more |

After an hour and warming up the fruit really came forwar and the finish was really clean little to no alcohol. Good structure, hints of soil. I hope this keeps getting better. A little let down |

I hard decanted the rest and let sit for about an hour and it opened up really well.
