Happily, the wine has since become smarter and blossomed well. Initially, surprisingly fruit forward after PnP, with some floral notes on the nose and dark fruit. As it evolved over 2 days, more forest floor, with good acidity and structure. Liked it and ordered a couple more. |

Did a blind tasting of 4 Israeli wines for a group of 12 and this one was consensus top pick over wines costing up to twice as much. |
