Foil and top of cork showed seepage on cutting the foil.
Cork was stained the full length.
Wine was the color and consistency of Red Wine vinegar with an orange tint.
Wine tasted mildly of vinegar in the finish.

Returned to the Winery and they confirmed that it had turned.
