Had this at my friend's party. I am not that into old wine but you still can feel the dried herbs, oak, cedar, tobacco, leather, fur and some smokey scent. the texture is soft and smooth.

It's average. the scent of some dried herbs, cranberry and the earthy just match in a good way. when you taste it, you could feel some extra cedar, oak, tobacco and vanilla.

it really amazed me. the complex scent comes out when I open it and let it breathing for an hour. the scent of berries, mushroom, nutmegs and cloves just burst out. and it's suitable for the veal and venison.

It's a birth-year wine from my besties. and the tannin is soft with medium-high acidity but it's still acceptable. the nose opens with some black fruits. on the palate, it comes with some earthy and wooden scent.

It would be its wine to me. as long as I can get more bottle of this. I would try my best to take it without no any hesitate. the scent and texture really stand for the wine from bourgogne. Please do not hesitate when you see there's stock in somewhere.

The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are fast. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like cranberry, forest floor, mineral and mushroom. It tastes like cranberry, cedar, oak, clove and mushroom.

I own it for almost 20 years and open it up on my birthday party. After aging for more than 30 years. It's extraordinary. The mild fruity with some earthy and leather comes with a buckle of oaky scent. After almost an hour the scent and texture get more complex.

with a really full body and tannin. With almost 30 years aging I would say it's good. presenting a fruity with a mild acidity and acceptable tannin. It absolutely goes well with the main course(like beef, venison etc.) But I would recommend you to enjoy its own body.

The nose opens with a pleasant scent of violet, perfume, lavender. after drink it, you would feel some spices like anise or nutmegs with other leather and earthy. for the body, it's between medium and light with a mild tannins and sophisicated ruby colored.

I love this one pretty much. with a mild mineral oon the palate then brust out with the white blossom and some cirtus. besides, I try this with the soft cheese andcured meat. and they goes well, highly recommend.
