It remains a pleasant drink, but nothing exceptional with bright raspberry and cherry fruit and soft tannins. However, now I think it will hold for the next couple of years. No fading of the fruit at all since last year. |

6/24/2018 - Charlie C Likes this wine: 85 pointsSoft cherry nose. The tannins are soft with good acidity. The palate shows cherries and raspberries, a bit of cracked black pepper. Moderate finish. Nothing exceptional at this point in its life, but a nice quaff. Drink now since I don't think it will hold past another year. |
