Ripe, sweeter fruit, but it has good acidity to balance and elegant tannins, so it doesn't come across as fat or overdone. Medium body, medium acidity. Drinks well now, but clearly this is something that will benefit from some cellar time. For my tastes, it'll be best between 2025 and 2030+. At $31 full retail, it's a really great value for a single vineyard wine. |
