Light rhubarb in color. Nose of cinnamon and cherries. Palate had strawberry and plum with some spices. Interesting as it is not like most Pinots. Light tannins and acidity.

2/18/2013 1:36:00 PM - The wines of Chateau Petrus are legendary. I especially like the 1988, 1989, and 1990. I have visited the Chateau and tasted with Christian Moueix twice. I even tasted twelve vintages of Chateau Petrus at a tasting hosted by Dennis Overstreet in his Beverly Hill store. The best way to obtain the wine is on a future purchase. Enjoy.
