A dry Baden Spaetburgunder with its typical character. There are dark red berries in the nose. It tastes modestly vanilla from the barrique and has a short to medium finish. Fair QPR. Overall easy to drink.

Cleared the bottle quickly by pairing it to lemon risotto with carrots and salmon. The yellow fruits on the palate worked greatly together with the risotto! Unchanged nice given my first tasing note.

Nice 100% Merlot. Went well to anti-pasti. Opening 1.5 hrs before drinking was right. Gave it a smooth and fruity appereance. QPR is okay.

After I had one glass at a hotel bar I made it to order some bottles with good memory. This is a decent cuvee blend and finally something different than what you typically know from German makers. It´s a great idea from Markus to cooperate with a South-African winery complementing common grapes by Pinotage.. a African resident!
This very dark wine already lost it´s youth and begins to matt by the glass.
The full nose (clearly dark berries and cacao) was creating bigger expectation of a taste which actually didn´t arrive as fully on my palate. But again I found the dark fruits, cassis and present tannin which overall came more elegantly on day 2.
Anyway worth the price though and I´ll probably last the rest of my bottles in the cellar for another 2 years at least. Pretty sure it will score UP over 90 then.

Wonderful Blanc de Noirs Cremant softly and glazy at the palate with super-fine perlage gently unleashing Burgundy taste.
Real sparkling alternative to original Champagne given the PQR.

The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are medium and it is fully bodied. it has round texture and finishes medium.
Its floral aroma is complemented by blessom and apricot flavor.
The wine is great and harmonic on the palate with low acidity and conveniently nice glaze.
It complemented greatly to Raclette with veggies, beef and seafood.
Fantastic PQR!

Un-typical but great German cuvee blend made of: 35% Merlot, 28% St. Laurent, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Dorsa und 5% Cabernet Mitos. 14 % vol. alc.

The wine looks Inky colored. The legs are slow. It smells and tastes like black currant (cassis), cherry, and burnt. The body is full. The wine has a silky texture and finishes long.
Fantastic QPR.

Floral and citrus comes to the nose. After letting the bottle breath for 5 hours in advance honey and balances glaze came to the palate. Went well to basil risotto and fresh fish.

The wine looks Yellow colored. The legs are Medium. It smells like Lemon, Melon, and Cantaloupe. It tastes like Lemon, and Melon. The body is Medium. The wine has Juicy texture. The wine finishes Medium.
Nice Riesling was worth allowing 1-2 hours to breath and did complement fish and veggies well.
