By the time we got around to this we were well wrecked BUT I do remember that it was a perfect end to one of the most memorable dinners EVER. The color was more of an orange hue. The nose was filled with marmalade preserve, white flowers, very light roasted nuts and molasses. The palate was medium bodied and stood up nicely to the nose. More lighter citrus fruit, lighter almond butter and an enjoyable finish. Though cut a bit short the back end showed more acidity and less viscosity I'd expect from a TBA. Still super yummy.
