4/19/2024 - Juliansi Likes this wine: 93 pointsMedium tannic grip, acid M+ and a classical herbal nose with aromas of garrique and more dried herbs. I thought.. this could be a CDP, but why does it look so young, and yet is so elegant. |

4/25/2024 - Chris Giammona Likes this wine: 91 pointsNotes of red fruit and plum, violets, spice and hints of earthiness. Very juicy but not overpowering, smooth tannins. Good nightly drinking wine - enjoyed it over 2-3 days using Coravin! |

4/25/2024 - Mossrose Likes this wine: 94 pointsWow, if I had to chose between many of my CDPs and this wine, I'd definitely prefer this majority Grenache/Syrah blend. Lots of dark cherries, blackberries, and plums. Some tar and spice. Garrigue, big time. Smooth and silky. Quite savory and discernible fine tannins. Not showing its age at all. The last bottle will remain in my cellar for a while. Very delicious! |

4/24/2024 - Crunge Likes this wine: 96 pointsAmazing. I didn't get much on the nose even with swirling but the flavor... Fruit-forward cherries and raspberries with a hint of gravel underneath. No alcohol burn, tannins present but only if you asked to see them. Such perfect balance. PnP at cellar temp and paired with sous vide ribeye. My wife was equally impressed (with the wine, not me.) |

4/21/2024 - prism wrote: 96 pointsThis is certainly the best C9P Blanc I've ever had, and among the very best of the whites I've consumed over the years. Complex, not overly sweet, minerals, spices: a lot going on here. An outstanding wine, although the price has certainly escalated. |

4/25/2024 - Abharwine Likes this wine: 87 pointsScore is purely indicative. Way too young, but only hope I'm around in 5-10 yrs when I'll open next bottle. Sort of wine that a novice drinking it at this stage in its life would say.....naw!!....think they'd be so wrong. |

4/24/2024 - bestdamncab Likes this wine: 88 pointsNose of dark fruit, spring flowers and allspice, same on the palate, medium body, tasty, touch simple, opened the second and third nights, score went from 86 to 88 points, fairly fruit forward, good acid, medium finish, nice aftertaste, enjoy the next 3 years, $10 makes for great QPR here. |

4/25/2024 - Philip67 Likes this wine: 94 pointsThis is an unexpected Wow! Superb structure, delicious, and of course, a big full bodied mouthful of wonderful fruits of the forest, along with cedar, cake spices and a little saddle leather. There is plenty of acidity and tannin here to balance the gorgeous fruit. Long finish, with touches of complexity. Just starting to enter the drinking window. Drink now and for the next 20 years. |

Still very much alive and kicking, and unrecognisable from the CDP of today. Think all of us preferred this to the Burgundy. |

Serious and structured, grippy tannins. This producer makes some of the most serious natural wines |

4/24/2024 - MicklethePickle Likes this wine: 95 pointsThis actually is not the Celestins—no reserve was produced in 2013. But not to worry. After only a few minutes, this is already showing very well. Gorgeous leggy ruby, pretty and abundant fruit aromas in the nose (strawberry and raspberry), and a palate that seems much less Grenache-centric than most CdPs. Palate is a little drying (but not dying), and lacks the richness, alcohol and overt ripeness of much CdP. What it lacks in garrigue is easily compensated by very pretty fruit flavors. This wasn’t cheap, but definitely comes across as a very classy and elegant wine. It’s like candy for oenophiles. 5-14-17-9: 95/100. |
