The wine is faint, delicate, a faint whisper. Under ripe white peach and white grapefruit but more driven by radish, watercress and arugula. White flowers and honey suckle. Minerality for days. Structure is Med plus acid, round palate, moderate alcohol, balanced, lingering mid-palate. The wine goes on for days. Always one of favorite producers and frankly is kick ass! |
