Decent pinot though for the price I've had better. Classic cherry drove this bright red fruit wine. Light tannins accented a med + bodied wine.

Very fine wine even after all this time. Florals dominated the nose with pepper and slight canned fruit smells. The palate was nice with smooth tannins and leather and tobacco. I would drink now as it seems to be in the decline.

Very earthy, and musty. Nutmeg in the background. Slightly Sweet medium + body, light oak. Alright pinot grigio for the money. With a tinge of minerality that lasts through for a nice finish.

Napa Valley cabernet Francs continually surprise me. And This is no expetion with slight florals and great dark fruit on the nose, as well as clove, vedge, and eucalyptus. Cabernet Faranc truly is the mother of cab. sauv. and I can't wait to see where Viader, Trefethen, and Lang & Reed go with this voluptuous varietal

Slight chalkiness, and strong fruit forward flavors on the palate. Slight spice of clove and pepper definitely shows the ability of Calaveras and other central California wine.

Still somewhat unsure of the level of being corked. Cork did not expand when it left the bottle, Cork was wet 3/4 up the cork. Bottle let off decent aromas and CO2while in glass, however, smells of catpiss and nuts were very prevalent. I have a young palate and am unused to champagne, and this doesn't seem to have extremely off flavors, so could just be an untrained palate. Please comment.

Easy drinking wine, fruit forward with little tannins. Plum, blackberry, and raspberry dominate the nose. Slightly acidic with decent mid-palate.

Decanted for about an hour. Great bouquet butterscotch and raspberry, slight bit of vedge. Palate has similar effect, creamy textures with very little tannins, and a lasting tabacco, leathery finish. This wine was way more complex than I can explain and is drinking fantastically right now.
