I don’t wether it’s to young or not … opens in short time ,well structured ,red fruits ,cherry an earthy notes ( like walking through a rainy black Forrest )
Liquerice , fine tannins ! Good stuff !
Will last for many years

I opened the bottle 6 hours before drinking ….
It openend with a palate of red fruit but not wide as many cdp do.. there is still acidity and a well structured minarality behind .. I think it will last in an opened bottle for more than a day!
But to be honest we will drink it tonight !

I felt it was not well structured .. sour without any power ,but it opened with well structured tannins and a variety of red fruits ,licorice ,leather and soil ...
I had it without food but I suggest it must be great with lamb-chops or beef ....

I bought two bottles as a try ... when I opened the bottle , it was the smell of a typical orange wine .
In the glass it opened in short time.. Orange , caramel and spices ... it had a long and well -balanced finish

I love this stuff ... if I go down to my cellar I often decide for a bottle of bergdistel .. for me it’s a typical fresh GV Smaragd for a very reasonable price ..

Nice nose ... pear , slight lime and a typical grass and white pepper notes ... we had it after an also great bergdistel from Tegernseerhof .. for me the pear notes were a little to sweet ...
