On the palate there are amarena cherries, hints of chocolate, almonds and liqurice, some acidity and moderate to low tannin. I am happily surprised. |

Nicely restrained butter and oak. The next bottles will (maybe) stay a year or two in the cellar to add a little complexity. |

Very dry with notes reminiscent of fino sherry, some oxidized apples, honey, roasted nuts and brioche. Excellent with food, but will certainly also work very well cooled on the terrace. And such a beautiful label. |
