  March 27, 2023 - Straight out of the bottle and it's a joyous mouthful. Intense purple in colour, an assertive and attractive nose of berry jam and smoke, and a palate that balances fine to medium grained tannins with copious fruit and refreshing acidity. Good with fried poulet a vinaigre, great with creamy Brebirousse cheese.

  3/27/23, 2:15 PM - 85% Syrah, 15% Grenache. Some barrique ageing, but the emphasis is on the fruit rather than sweet oak.
