  April 11, 2023 - Corked. Cork was completely soaked and wine had leaked out into the cap.
  Smelt like wet dog the first 10 minutes but started to show the quality that could have been.

  one of my 'wine of the years', last year. one bottle left for me. hoping hard its not flawed. i find a much higher rate of flawed bottles for white wines. i have thrown out many that were over the age of ten years, so i have incorporated that length of time as my maximum hold time, except for sweet wines, Riesling and vintage champagne. do you have any left?

  4/11/23, 2:40 PM - I have already opened a lot of these bottles (same year, same wine), and never found a flawed one. What I cannot say about other white Burgundy wines 1° cru.
  Stored in a air conditioned cellar.
