  December 6, 2023 - Enjoyable for 20 bucks but a little disappointing after many fantastic experiences with their entry level malbec, which is the same price and pretty vastly better in my opinion, with considerably more presence and interest. There's some good dark fruit here with vague spiced plum, very very faint tobacco nuance without being super green, but in general it's just very shy and muddled. I like that it's not overly heavy, and it still shows some good ripeness, but the tannins are also pretty coarse and dusty without food.
