April 27, 2024 - Dinner at B&A: Blind. Palest straw. Lovely bright nose, minerally and saline. Served cold. As it warms, a more pronounced white fruit character and associated florality emerges. Initial thought was a riper vintage Chablis but we’re firmly in Puligny 1er cru territory now. A really interesting pairing with the 2016 where initially the 15 feels tauter and more classical but opens with air to show more richly. Little moves from a previous encounter a couple of years ago. ****
