  February 5, 2011 - Nice earthy and herby varietal aromas. Spicy Dr. Pepper flavors. Feels pretty rich & extracted. Enough acidity with soft tannin, but doesn't feel structured for the long haul. Full bodied, creamy. Not a Power Pinot or Syrah wannabe, though on the richer side of the spectrum despite showing cool climate typicity..
