  May 13, 2011 - Decanted half and left the rest in the bottle, agree with most of the descriptions but somehow, it did not click tonight. Perhaps it was because the 02 Sassicaia opened together did so well as to overshadow the Pavie. 2 hours into dinner, it started to come together but the floral tones was a bit subdued to my liking, fruits were hitting high notes. Need to tasted again and focus more.
