  September 1, 2011 - It was good right out of the bottle but had quite a bit of bite to it. Waited a few hours and it smoothed down a bit but never really blew me away. Still a great wine though, definitely mid 90s type of bottle. Just not that "wow this is the best thing Ive ever had" type of wine.
