Decanted for 30 minutes and the alcohol was still evident but fruit was much more prevalent this time.This bottle was with Barefoot wild salmon and wild rice, and a salad with carmelized onions and blue cheese- the onions and salmon were a good match with the wine. I would buy more and hold at least 3-5 years.
