  August 2, 2012 - Simple Hedonisms Rosé Panel; 5/1/2012-8/5/2012: A wonderful rose' from a varietal almost non existent in the US, Grenache Gris.
  The wine has a very pale color with just a tint of orange.
  The nose is soft, with notes of orange dessert like sherbert or jello, candied citrus, and honeysuckle.
  In the mouth it tastes dry, although the faintest bit of RS may be present to balance the wonderful acid.
  The mouth feel is soft, with pleasant notes of tangerine and white peach. The finish lingers.
  
  13% alc.
  
  Very pleased to see tartrates in the bottom of the bottle, also known as acid crystals, or 'wine diamonds' which means the wine wasn't cold stabilized.
  
  People thinking this isn't worth $12...? not sure what you wanted for the modest amount.
