January 3, 2013 - The worst part was getting the bottle open.... But when poured at ideal temperature, the aroma was herbal, with a tinge of floral. The legs ever so slow. The clarity is flawless. The color is lightly golden. The taste, as it hits the palate is moist, followed by a great complex mixture of balance. The taste is complex and difficult to describe. The layers come out with each second that passes. There is sweetness, herbal notes, grassy notes, and floral/fruity notes that improves with each sip. It even has a hint of champagne with a yeast note. Whatever the manufacturer did to produce this gem, it is not worth passing this one up! It is definitely one to drink now for the next special occasion. Above all, this red wine drinker is glad that he and his wife selected this one to drink on this Thursday evening. I wish I had more. It finishes in a spectacular fashion.
