  February 16, 2013 - Mmmm, this is good. Pale green in colour, just a hint of straw coming through. Clean, fresh and mineral nose. Grippy and intense on the attack, dense, minerally and clean. Good line and a pretty long finish. Very good indeed. Left in the fridge overnight this has opened a little, put on a touch more weight and developed a gripper and even more mineral bite to it with a silly smoky element to the nose. First out of the case, and fingers crossed... Hasn't yet started to show some of the richness that GC tends to with age - still in its linear youth with the earliest signs of of it staring to open up and develop. Proper and lovely. ****1/2
