  March 9, 2013 - Celebrating Ben's birthday (Goosefoot, Chicago IL): Nose: Perfumed and balanced nose filled with tones of cherries, roses, warm dough, red fruits, and a touch of citrus.
  
  Taste: Medium/full bodied with medium+ acidity. Very well balanced with good and refreshing tones of cherries, roses, red fruits, and some citrus.
  
  Overall: This is a really good NV rose. There is very good balance with great attractive red fruits on both the nose and palate.
