  April 7, 2013 - Pretty consistent experience with my last note. It's actually very impressive to me how precise and defined this has gotten from something that was, no doubt about it, gloppy on release. It seems heavily botrytized (you can actually smell the rot, not just the resulting honeyed, apricot-jam fruit) and is very deep-complexioned, but it has serious acidity that gives it a fresh crackle, and a lot of the glop that used to be here has melted away to reveal some sharp bones underneath.
